Welcome!
Learn More About My Work
Supporting people facing challenges through self-discovery and empowerment.
My Counselling Journey
I became a professional counsellor after two decades in support work, advocacy, and social justice/human rights activism.
I believe in the therapeutic process as a way to dig deeper into self discovery and ultimately joy by identifying and removing barriers and holding space for processing.
My work offers supportive professional counselling related to personal challenges, life changes, relationships, trauma, addiction, uncertainty, grief, anxiety, and depression.
My Values
I value your autonomy and insight. I value confidentiality, respect, and non-judgement. I care deeply about the people I serve.
My Commitment
I have committed my life to providing support, validation, and understanding to those who find themselves in challenges that require empathy, advocacy, and community.
My Motivation
I believe that well supported individuals create healthy communities. I am highly motivated by the belief that we can radically change our own lives and meaningfully impact the lives of others.
