Free Initial 15 Minute Phone Consult
Tell me briefly what brings you to counselling. I can tell you the sort of counselling that I do.

Initial Counselling Session
Intake. We can speak in depth and get to know each other. I can answer any questions you may have.

Ongoing Professional Counselling Sessions
We can meet virtually or in person for one hour either weekly, biweekly, monthly, or any combination of these for either a brief or extended time.

The cost is $90 per one hour session, and can be paid before each session by e-transfer.
We can meet as frequently or infrequently as we both agree on based on your needs.

I think of counselling as dealing with one layer at a time and only the one that you are ready for.

The greatest indicator of success in the therapeutic process is the relationship between client and counsellor. A good fit is of the utmost importance.
